About
I'm CIO at Bratter PA, where I work on Extraordinary Ability immigration cases and on how the firm uses AI. I've been building internet businesses since 1999.
Most of my projects are built on content curation: selecting, filtering, classifying, summarizing and translating information. They range from auto parts to Twitter, but most of them come back to business and technology. I've usually kept them small enough to design and develop on my own, first at Meltom Technologies and now at Blade Media LLC.
I studied Systems Engineering at Universidad Metropolitana (1994) and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business (1999).
I lived most of my life in Caracas, Venezuela. I've lived in Aventura, Florida, since 2013.
